Very bad location / warehouse for delivery and pickup , If you on time it’s take 3/4 hours for unloading, if you pickup load it’s take 5/6 hours for loading, all staff is very very lazy, not happy to work , I dislike this warehouse for loading & unloading, not pay detentions charges , waist of time
Dear management. Check on your evening office staff. I had a 15:45 pickup appointment. I was on site by 15:44. It is now 19:45 and they just finished loading me. Within these 4 hours, your 3 office employees have taken 2 breaks and a lunch. All at the same time. Completely stopping office operations. Not 1 abled body in here tending to the drivers. Someone needs to introduce them to the word "staggered." That is all. Thank you.
