Secure cargo with 2–3 straps — staff will verify. Operations can pause for internal meetings — may cause unexpected delays despite appointment times.

Fast loading they go by appointment only I checked in 12:45 pm for 2 pm appointment they told me to wait then got dock by 1:25 checked out 2:20
Arrived early for my appointment on 2/4/26. Came at the right time and was able to get loaded early. I came in with a positive attitude and was greeted with the same in return. Plenty of space to back. Make sure you have 2-3 straps.
Plenty of room to back into dock, appointment only most of the time unless you get extremely lucky. Professional & nice. Didn’t take long to load me either which was a plus
