Facility info

APPOINTMENT ONLY – strictly by appointment. Cannot check in day before or earlier than 2 hours prior. Early arrivals get parked in staging, called for door when available. Live load vs. drop/hook – primarily drop and hook. Live loads have poor communication with shipper; expect long waits (up to 5+ hours) with no real-time updates on load readiness. Unload times – highly variable: 30 minutes to 2.5+ hours. Slower when you arrive early; faster if you time arrival near appointment. Forced lounge waiting – drivers must sit in office/lounge during unload. Cannot remain in truck. No sleeping. Multiple drivers cite this as dangerous and disrespectful. No overnight parking on property. Nearest truck stop in Sturbridge, MA (Pilot/TA). Small rest area 5 minutes away has ~10 spots; fills up nightly. Check-in process – security at gate assigns door or directs to staging. Submit paperwork at office. Will call when door ready. Staff attitude – mixed. Security generally professional/friendly. Receiving staff can be slow, especially during breaks (facility goes dark 7:30–8:00 am). Office staff sometimes rude and slow with document processing (3+ hour delays reported). Bathroom, vending, shower – available at receiving office. Parking lot – large, but early arrivals may not get parking near entrance.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place has no respect for drivers. I waited over 5 hours for a door and was repeatedly told to come back in 30 minutes. Once assigned a door, they forced me into a waiting room during unloading instead of allowing me to stay in my truck. Sitting for hours in hard plastic chairs while being treated like a problem instead of a customer is unacceptable. Worst experience I’ve had — never coming back

Bring a book, your probably going to finish it by the time they finish unloadeding/loading. Only thing this place got good going is the parking space and a few friendly people.

This facility has a ridiculous rule. Everyone should wait in receiving office while getting unloaded. Whoever came up with such a nonsense rule clearly has no clue what drivers have to go through daily and waiting in office for 2-4 hours in full noisy office is a crappy deal. I got 5 am appt and i could use this unloading time to get a nap instead of all these

Plenty of room to back in. Lots of space between trucks. Clean driver lounge. But I don’t get the thing with waiting inside the lounge. Like what’s the point of waiting at 4 am idk
