Facility info
OPERATIONS Live load 7am–2:30pm. Drop and hook available. Must enter gate 2. Don't arrive before 7am—won't be admitted. Appointment scheduling not mentioned. Check-in with security at gate. Wait times: 2–3 hours typical, sometimes longer depending on queue (16+ trucks ahead reported). Lunch break 12–1pm affects throughput. LOADING & SECUREMENT Facility applies straps and tarps. Quality inconsistent—some report proper work, others say sloppy application requiring redo. Facility directs securement placement; drivers report not being allowed to secure load per their own training or company policy. Multiple complaints about illegally stacked loads without proper belly straps and refusal to allow on-site correction. PPE required. Some reports of missing edge protectors and bungee straps after loading. FACILITY & PARKING No overnight parking on site. No bobtail parking. Very small lot, often muddy. Staging area mentioned across road (authorization unclear). Must vacate property during 2–3 hour load window—no waiting allowed on-site. Nearest alternative parking: Walmart ~12 miles away or mom & pop shop 41 miles away. YARD CONDITIONS Small lot with poor drainage (mud). Rough terrain with potholes and holes that could hang up or damage bumpers. Trailers dragged through lot roughly. Bungee straps left loose on floor, can catch tires. STAFF & ATTITUDE Highly variable. Plant personnel generally described as good/nice. Security and load crew problematic: multiple reports of rudeness, hostility, intimidation tactics. Specific complaints of disrespect at driver window, yelling, dismissive behavior. One security guard reported as having racist behavior toward Indian drivers. Receiving side nicer than live load crew. Security guard hearing issues reported—speak loudly. OTHER Avoid Fish Creek Road (Route 74)—extremely tight, limited turnaround, not suitable for trucks despite GPS routing. Take second gate instead. This is a drywall/CertainTeed facility. Road directions in Spanish and Russian also provided in reviews.

Would be a better place if the load crew would load a load for legal transport instead of loading for convenience of the load crew...not allowed on trailer on there property and no off site location to do so...DOT law clearly states any load over 3 bundles high must have belly straps over every 2nd row..so when they stack it 4ft high I need 2 belly straps on each section they won't throw belly straps and leave us no way and no where to do them ourselves requiring us to pull an illegally secured load almost 40 miles to a location to be able to make it legal...and they won't center load 54 inch wallboard
Delivered here many time had no problem but if you need to live load you have to LEAVE THE PROPERTY for TWO hours. Are you joking? This place shouldn’t have anyone to ship or deliever until that resolved.
Overall good experience all but one person and the one person completely ruins everything. It's the bald daytime security guard I usually see him around 10:00 in the morning or 3:00 in the afternoon. He is very overbearing uses intimidation tactics and makes me feel not safe especially as a woman I've decided not to come back or do work with this business anymore.
It was such an unexpected everhad experience to load, they were very rude and i think they are tired, management has to be take action towards their employees especially those are working under tarp area, They covered half of the load, and as per request they didn’t did their job, I adjust whole tarp by myself, I think company could let driver do their own job rather than from their unprofessional employees to avoid double work on same job.
