I have to write this. We had a issue with a load that we picked up in GA and delivered in FL. Long story short it had the wrong PO attached to it and when I called CTS I left a voicemail. Marie called me back and helped me get the situation cleared up. For almost 30 mins. she went above and beyond what I expected. She took her time calmed me down and was absolutely the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with. Thank you Marie for all your help. Your great!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check your weights and good luck trying to get them to fix it.

Great place to load. Loaded 14 pallets on flatbed. In and out within 1 hour. Loaded, strapped and tarped. I would load here again. Looks like they go by appointment time. I’m not sure why because it’s not many trucks here when you arrive.

Just picked up 15 pallets.... and it took them less than 10 minutes. Wow!! I love efficient operations!! New docks and lot. Ignore the check-in signs alongside the road directing you to the back. Check-in at the door on the corner, next to the docks. Very nice and very clean bathrooms!!
