Man… the company I picked up from switched my load from a drop & hook to a live load, then took 4 HOURS to load me. That pushed my whole schedule back. They updated my appointment time because of it, cool. I show up an hour early for the new appointment just trying to drop my trailer and keep it moving so I can catch my next load home. Now all of a sudden I’m being told my drop time is 6AM and I gotta reschedule… just to DROP a trailer Explained to her THEY were the reason the time got changed in the first place… she basically said nothing she can do. Now nobody answering phones or emails, and my DM been trying to reach someone for over 2 hours. Yeah… safe to say I won’t be coming back here again. -

Drivers avoid this place. I wish somebody from management view this review and start working with his staff or change them. Rudest people ever

They show no respect. I arrived 30 minutes early, and they sent me off to look for parking—which simply doesn't exist anywhere nearby. You shouldn't treat people like that; drivers already have enough problems as it is. You need to show some respect and act like a decent human being.
