Facility info
Drop and hook: 20-minute turnaround possible. Check in at security booth for paperwork. Wait times: Highly variable. Some drivers in and out in 90 minutes, others report 1+ hour waits after appointment time with minimal progress. One report of line down for entire week with no work. Loading: Generally fast, but weight distribution issues noted—loads frequently front-heavy without utilizing full trailer space. Staff: Mixed. Security and some supervisors consistently described as helpful and friendly. Management competence questioned in separate reviews. One report of overly defensive response to questions and mandatory meeting before removal from property. Facility conditions: Described as unorganized but functional. Adequate forklift equipment. Bathrooms and microwaves present but drivers suggest more of both needed. Breaks: One 30-minute break standard for work shifts. Overall: Serviceable for loading/unloading with decent speed when things move. Inconsistent experience depending on timing and which crew handles you. Don't expect sophisticated operations or extensive amenities.
Driver reviews
wow absolutely fast loading
04/06/26 Force Strictly appt time , they let check in 30 minutes before appointment The trailer has to be clean and good condition Not overnight parking, though There is a empty building cross street Trucker PLEASE don’t litter 🚯
I was late due to traffic, thankfully they were not too busy and was able to unload me quickly. Staff if very friendly too. After checking in at the guard shack,The check in is all the way around the building at door #391. The gates on the inside of the complex to the back of the building are automatic. If they don't raise, back up and pull almost all the way against them. They usually open the 2nd time.
Went there for work.
