Appointment required — have 8-digit delivery number ready at guard shack, not your BOL. Don't arrive early; they'll turn you away. Capstone handles live unloads. Unload times all over the map: 40 minutes to 8+ hours. Average 2–3.5 hours. Lumper fees apply (prepay through broker when possible). Some loads don't require lumpers. Drop and hook available. Empty trailers parked outside; disconnect, grab empty, go. Trailer shortage reported — 24-hour waits for empties documented. Guard shack check-in can be slow (8–10 minutes per truck reported). Staff attitudes inconsistent — friendly receiving staff noted, but guard shack behavior described as disrespectful by multiple drivers. No overnight parking. Rest areas 19–20 miles away (US 17, I-95 area). Yard conditions tight — trailers parked close together, difficult to dolly down. Yard jockeys have hit trailers. Dock issues: poor lighting reported, slow paperwork turnaround. Receiving office doesn't open until 7am. Staff takes simultaneous breaks during appointment windows.

Better hope you get a drop and hook
I delivered many Dry Van live loads here since 2023 and most of the time 2-3 hours for unloading unless has some serious problems with load. Plenty of space for maneuvering. Chk in at guard shack, They give you assign you dock #, Back up at assigned door, unhook the trailer, apart way of 5 feet. Then go straight by Door 82-83 for check in. Let them know I dropped the trailer off by assigned door #. Once unloading completed they will text you for unloading then go inside for paper work. 1. Nice clean Bathroom. 2. Easy Chk in & out ! 3. No overnight parking available 4. Close to I-66. 5. 7-11 Truck stop near Facility ( 7-10 Parking available). 6. No Street Parking Available.
