Facility info

Appointment required — strictly enforced, won't process early arrivals before scheduled time. Confirm appointment details with broker; don't rely on verbal promises about delivery windows. Load/unload speed — consistently fast, most jobs under 1 hour. Some reports of 30-45 minute turnarounds. Occasional delays despite appointment (isolated cases of multi-hour waits). Check-in — bring CDL, truck license plate, trailer number, and trailer license plate. Some efficiency gains from having paperwork ready beforehand. Parking — overnight parking available outside or in lot near door 35. Street parking also noted as option. Facility conditions — generally well-maintained, ample dock space to maneuver. Tight backing situations possible if trucks parked in front of assigned doors. Staff — mostly friendly and professional. One report of rude shipping staff; isolated complaint about poor customer service. Generally positive interactions. Restrooms — no public restrooms available for drivers. Multiple complaints about this policy. Hours — opens 7 a.m. Masks required — must wear before entering building. Dock location — middle of warehouse between doors 32-33. Access — use Cold Storage street to avoid backing from blind side; provides easier approach and turning room.
