  First time here and I hope it's the last. The lady I checked in with just told me to get into a door. No mention of sliding tandes, unhooking air line, and chocking wheel before unloading. Appointment at 2 am and I arrived on time. Waited for the driver before me to back into a door, backed in myself, and waited. Another driver showed up after me. How is it that they got unloaded and out of here in an hour and a half, while I'm sitting for going on 4 hours, an hour of which is just me waiting for my damn paperwork?

  I've had 2 Home Depot deliveries with missing items that came from this distribution center. Both times they were shipped using ONTRAC. Wondering if it is just Home Depot that sucks at properly packing boxes with the correct items, or if there is some sort of corrupt act going on between this distribution center and ONTRAC. Either way, I will no longer be shopping at Home Depot.

  I am with Reviewer Ryan Grinstead. The nightmare we have had due to the delivery and pickup has been unacceptable. I will not buy anything to be delivered from Home Depot again. They don’t realize the jerking around they are doing to customers effecting their situations with work and time off and loss days isn’t acceptable. When you have deliveries scheduled they should be honored. I worked for years at a flower shop. We took orders to be delivered certain days. We never once failed to deliver on time. I understand circumstances and emergencies happens. But this place is a hot mess. It’s not been one reschedule/cancelation. It’s been multiple. As many as 4 time changes in one day only to cancel the next day. And they never can put you next no… you have to wait days and weeks. You take off work to be available and then they cancel last minute. Then to see this is the practice even 6 months ago and not made better. Buyer beware. This is what you will deal with if you order appliances delivered. Double if it’s a defective appliance. But most won’t see the warning here and it’s not the local stores fault to give the store a negative mark.
