Facility info
Live load waits brutal — 14–18 hours common, loads frequently not ready at appointment time. 3+ hour delays past scheduled pickup reported. Drop and hook faster — Quick in-and-out when swapping trailers, but note trailer locations by letter/space to avoid confusion. Yard chaos — Trailers scattered everywhere, limited parking, pot holes in off-site lot. Tight maneuvering between rows (100s section particularly problematic). Staff inconsistent — Night guards helpful and friendly; morning guards overstep authority on public roads. Security sometimes sleeping on job. Some reports of unprofessional/threatening behavior. Load quality issues — Pallets loaded crooked, upside-down, broken wood common. Shipper doesn't always return load locks or seal properly. Forklift bottlenecks — Staff prioritize outbound over unloading inbound; dock removal can take 1.5+ hours after load completion.
Driver reviews
If you are here for live load, ignore this place. Loaded in 10hour. Check out took 20mins at 3am where there was no trucks except me
very bad place too slow drop and huck waiting 9hr minimum my appt, 5pm konw 2am not rady yet
Check in took about 5 minutes. Once I got checked in, I was told to drop my empty and head to traffic office for paperwork which they didn’t have. The paperwork was at the guardshack the entire time. Small mistakes like this cost us drivers valuable time. Fortunately I was already aware of what to pick up so I did not have to turn all the way around to go back to the other side to pick up my load.
