Facility info
OPERATIONS 24-hour receiving available. Appointments often not honored — common waits of 6-12+ hours despite checking in on time. Early arrivals sometimes accepted, sometimes turned away; facility discourages arrivals more than 2 hours early. Single dock (Door 1) for reefer loads creates major bottlenecks. Dry loads typically 4+ hour minimum wait; reefer loads 6+ hours. Check-in at back of building near Door 1 or Door 5 depending on load type. Bring valid ID — long walk from street parking to check-in. Fast actual unload once you get a door (30-40 minutes typical). Paperwork processing variable. No phone support — calling doesn't work. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Street parking only, no on-property lot. Overnight parking available on street, but posted "no truck parking" signs throughout area; security may wake you at 7am to move. Tight backing at docks 1 & 2, especially with employee vehicles parked in no-parking zones near doors. Trailer floors consistently left covered in grease/oil from forkill — brings cleaning costs ($185+ reported). Restrooms present but cleanliness questionable. Language barrier with some staff. Neighboring businesses unhappy with truck parking; police enforce no-parking signs irregularly. Construction ongoing around reefer dock. Limited indoor facilities. Staff attitude mixed — some drivers report helpful/friendly receiving staff, others report disrespect and indifference to driver time. Management doesn't honor appointment priority system. BOTTOM LINE Expect long waits even with appointment. Accept this is a slow facility and plan accordingly. Night arrivals sometimes move faster than day appointments.

If you deliver here you will violate your hours and you will be sorry , thats all from me
Unloading in a timely fashion
If you are offered a load to this place, I would decline it! Had a 2pm appointment time, arrived at 12pm..over 10hrs later and still waiting. Was told when I went back in after waiting 8hrs that it's a frozen load and "we will get to you when we get to you". So basically they are using carriers trailers for free storage. Also..zero bathroom facilities for drivers sitting here waiting this long! ABSOLITELY AVOID THIS PLACE!
No parking overnight. Appt 3am and show at 2am. Guard shack gave me the directions. There's one way in and out. I had fresh meat so I checked in at door 8 and they gave me door 1. There's only two doors for cold stuff. They started to offload at 3 00. I was gone by 4:00. For getting there it's easy. I took 495 south, 95 north until route 1 direction Walpole. Than I turned right on Morse Street.
