Facility info

APPOINTMENT REQUIRED — strictly enforced, no early unloads at some doors (tanker drivers report they won't unload you early regardless). Call ahead to confirm load readiness — staff frequently unavailable and phone lines regularly go unanswered or disconnect mid-call. CHECK-IN — Shipping/receiving office in southwest corner, enter via County Road P. Tanker drivers back into 2nd door from left. Early arrivals may wait or get processed immediately depending on staffing/timing — inconsistent. UNLOAD TIMES — Range from 15 minutes to 7 hours. Fast unloads common when staff is present and attentive; significant delays reported when receiving area is understaffed. Unloading typically takes 30-60 minutes when moving. DOCK ACCESS — East docks accessible via access road with direct exit to WI-60. Main truck entrance easy to miss; clearly marked on County Road P. Missing it requires backing up or detouring through non-truck entrance. OVERNIGHT PARKING — Available on property with no hassle reported. FACILITY OPERATIONS — Live unload facility (food/manufacturing plant). Open M-F 24/7, Saturday closed, Sunday 10pm-10am. Operate 7am start time standard. STAFF — Highly variable. Some drivers praise professionalism and courtesy; others report dismissive, rude, or unavailable receiving staff. Communication issues widespread. EQUIPMENT HANDLING — Tanker port covers reportedly handled roughly with hammers instead of proper technique. TRAILER CONDITION — Trailers occasionally left with debris or not cleaned post-unload.
