My appointment was for 11:30 AM but I checked in early at 6 AM. They gave me a dock at 8 AM and unloaded me in about 30 minutes. Even though my appointment was later, they took me early and got me out quick. The check-in lady was nice too. Big plus compared to other warehouses that make you wait till your exact time. Overall, a smooth and efficient stop.
Delivering expedited freight is a joke.. 4 hour wait time for a dock door and a parking lot that was empty for the last hour.. Not to mention the old lady in the shipping/receiving department was sarcastic from the very beginning and rude.. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME..
Overnight parking make sure trailer is clean food product fast loading and nice people
WE HAD A CLEAN TRAILER AND THIS SHIPPER SEND IT FOR A WASH AND THEY DO THAT TO EVERYONE I AM ASSIMNG THEY GET PAID FOR SENDING TRUCK FOR WASH. WE END UP DOING CHEAP LOAD FOR $700 MADE 550 MILES AND PAID FOR WASH $68 OUT OF $700. I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY LIKE CARRIERS TO WORK FOR FREE!!!! ALSO CHECKED IN AT 12 NOON FOR 3:00 PM APPT GOT A DOOR AT 6:30 AND WAS SENT TO A WASH LOADED AROUND 10 PM
