Facility info

Route in/out: Use Route 1A from I-90 (Callahan Tunnel 13'4") rather than Ted Williams Tunnel (13'9"). Enter at traffic light, not Hertz intersection. Narrow streets in Lynn can be tight—turn left at exit lights despite GPS suggesting otherwise. Right turn takes you downtown into impassable streets. Appointments: Required. Can be rescheduled. Arrive with exact PO number. Check-in: Bring your own pen—facility doesn't provide. Have complete documentation ready. Office can be difficult about accepting information. Load/unload: Fast to extremely fast when dock space available (5 minutes to under an hour common). However, dry van receiving bottleneck: single door, one truck at a time. Wait times can exceed 4-7 hours during busy periods. Reefer docks separate from dry van. Tight dock maneuvering space if multiple trucks present. Staff: Mixed reviews. Some report friendly, efficient crew. Others describe check-in staff as very rude and dismissive. Receiving crew gets consistently positive marks for speed when actively loading. Overnight parking: Available. Limited capacity (5-10 trucks). Small lot near apartment building; future availability uncertain due to development. Facility: Oceanside location with good views. Secure yard. Receiving department in back of building. Headquarters operation, nothing elaborate. Odor described variously (ignore non-relevant reviews). Safety/HOS: Respected by drivers for quick turnarounds accommodating HOS compliance.

Nobody speaks English. No parking, Very little signage to give direction. Everything is tight took 3 hrs for 4 pallets. Normal shipper that could care less about people who deliver their products.

They take advantage of the fact that there is no scale around. They will overload you and then force you to move overloaded truck. I drove 250 miles extra just to weigh my truck. Even after seeing overweight ticket from CAT Scale they kept forcing me take overweight truck. I decided to return them the load rather than driving illegally weight. Never coming back here ever again.
