Facility info

Load/Unload Times All over the map. Range from under 1 hour to 11 hours. Most common complaints center on 4–8 hour waits for live loads. Some drivers report fast turnarounds (1–2 hours), but don't count on it. Drop and hook generally faster than live load. Appointment System Appointments required but don't guarantee timing. Some drivers get doors immediately after check-in; others wait hours past appointment time. Being early doesn't always help — at least one driver was turned away for arriving before scheduled time. Strict about appointment windows when they do load. Check-In/Gate Easy process. Gate staff generally friendly but can be slow with paperwork. Use correct lane closest to guard shack. Manners matter — multiple reviews note staff appreciate professional interaction. Live Load vs Drop and Hook Live loads run slow and unpredictable. Drop and hook reported as spacious and organized when available. Overnight Parking No on-site overnight parking. Wawa location ~2 miles away has 20–30 spots (availability varies due to high-traffic area). No driver facilities on-site. Facility Conditions Newly built. Spacious yard with plenty of room to maneuver and turn. Lighting issues reported. Clean facility overall with restrooms available. Loading Quality Issues Multiple complaints about improper weight distribution on drive axles. Forklift operators allegedly over-load drives consistently. Guard shack directs drivers to third-party scale operator (possible conflict of interest noted by reviewers). Have axles scaled before leaving if loaded here. Staff Mixed reviews. Generally described as hardworking and friendly, but some gate staff can be unprofessional or slow. Guard shack lady occasionally noted for being on phone rather than working. Bottom Line Inconsistent operation. Speed and service quality vary wildly by visit. Weight distribution problems are a real concern. Bring food and patience.
