Facility info

Staff attitude wildly inconsistent—some drivers report disrespectful, cussing dispatchers; others praise friendly, professional treatment. Politeness seems to matter. Shipping hours 1–4 PM, receiving 6–11 AM. Appointment required but not always enforced; brokers occasionally get doors without one. Must be on dock to verify freight and secure load during operation. Load/unload times typically 30–45 minutes when you have a door, but waits of 3–4+ hours reported when appointments slip or doors delayed. Yard parking is tight; limited overnight spaces and drivers report difficulty finding spots. No overnight sleeping allowed in cab while unloading—must stay in building. Overnight parking available but restrictions on freedom to disconnect/leave.
