Facility info

Appointment required — strictly enforced, won't process early arrivals. Some reports of inconsistent enforcement. Load/unload times wildly inconsistent — 30 minutes to 6+ hours reported. Many complaints of 3-5 hour waits. Some quick turnarounds (90 minutes total) when conditions align. Check-in process — generally fast when you arrive at appointment time. Door assignment usually comes within 15-30 minutes of check-in. Overnight parking — driveway parking available, appears acceptable for most drivers. Bathrooms and amenities — restrooms and vending/microwave available for drivers. Staff attitude — mixed reviews. Some staff described as friendly and helpful; others reported as dismissive or rude. At least one specific staff member frequently praised. Safety/yard conditions — generally described as neat and well-maintained. Adequate dock space to maneuver. Security guard presence noted. Operational notes — shipping department at east entrance. Receiving at second entrance. Must drop trailer before loading. P/U numbers are 9-digit starting with 84. Red flags — multiple reports of no detention pay despite excessive wait times. Complaints of unprofessional excuses (lost pallets, delays blamed on broker coordination). Some reports suggest staff don't prioritize appointment accountability once you're on-site. Bottom line — reliable for some drivers, problematic for others. Plan for 2+ hours minimum. Success may depend on time of day and which staff you encounter.
