Facility info
Appointments required; must arrive 15min early or risk being turned away Drop and hook available; live unload offered but unpredictable wait times (6 pallets took 24hrs, single loads vary 30min–7hrs) Check-in is the bottleneck—30min to 1hr typical, sometimes longer during building season Overnight parking available; bathrooms on site; truck stop nearby Large, easy-to-navigate yard with scale for weight checks Staff quality varies wildly—some shifts excellent and courteous, others rude and dismissive; avoid in snow/lightning storms

Got sent over for an empty. My gawd are they slow at check in.
Be there at your appointment time they allow you before 1 hour they have some spots for overnight parking outside of security gate
We’ve been coming here for many years, and it’s always been a great experience. Check-in is simple, unloading is quick and efficient, and everything runs smoothly every time. Having two truck stops right next door is a big bonus as well. Thanks, guys—it's always a pleasure coming here!
Checking in was a breeze. Can check in 1hr before appointment. Some overnight parking about 6 spots
