Check in via call box at gate—have PO# ready. Appointment-only. Don't arrive more than 30 minutes early unless you call ahead first. Gate always locked; park on street to use intercom. Can block traffic during check-in process. Call ahead to verify appointment and they may expedite entry. Unload times highly variable—anywhere from 30 minutes to 5+ hours. Some drivers report fast service; others cite slow unloaders. Receiving staff generally friendly and willing to work you in early if notified. Paperwork delays mentioned multiple times. Extremely tight lot with limited staging space. Tight backing but doable for most. No overnight parking at facility. Nearest truck stop 9 miles away (Sumner area) charges $26/night and often full. Do not cut seal yourself or expect major delays. Doors 16 & 17 require going through fuel island in opposite direction. Some confusion on first-time entry due to lack of signage—use Google Street View before arrival. No street parking available during check-in creates traffic issues.

Great staff
Excellent receiver. Yes, it is small, but I haven't been to a Martin Brower that isn't small. The ones with some size will usually have trailers everywhere, so it doesn't make a difference. Lets get to the parking. If you are early and they tell you to park and wait for a call there is street parking in the area. It isn't the greatest, but it isn't super busy either. Follow the diagram in the pic. The red lines are the two streets you can park on. The blue line is how you get back to the receiver from the right side of the street so you can make a left turn in the gate. I would park, then call them. There are a couple of small truck stops nearby, but they will charge you regardless of how long you stay. Nice people here. No issues.
Extremely slow. Appointment was at 5 PM but door given at 7 PM and unloading finished at 9 PM. Drivers waste too much time here.
