LIVE LOAD OPERATIONS Expect substantial waits—commonly 5-10+ hours reported. Union operations cited as factor. Arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment time. Must have specific trailer number in advance; facility won't provide it based on pickup number alone. LOAD REQUIREMENTS Require load locks (square locks into channels), not load bars.
