Facility info
Appointment required. DM for scheduling. Trailer must be spotless. Food-grade cleanliness enforced — hay, dog food, debris in cracks, nails on floor = rejection. Brooms and trash cans available at check-in. Dry trailer preferred (wet trailers may need extra time). Paul's Truck Wash 1-2 miles away if trailer needs professional cleaning. Check-in process: Park in designated area, clean trailer, call CB (channel posted on sign) or walk to scale house to declare readiness. Inspector verifies load info and cleanliness, gives inspection sheet. Pull onto scales, get paperwork and pager with assigned dock number. Loading: Disconnect red air line at dock. Ring doorbell at metal mesh door (east/left of docks). Drop and hook operation. Typically 30 mins to 1 hour from dock to loaded and pager alert. Checkout: Pager signals when paperwork ready. Pull to scales for final check-out. Axle weights provided before departure. No overnight parking on-site. Flying J ~1 km away (paid parking). Norco Way 1 block east has parking options. Bathrooms available at facility (left of metal mesh door entry). Snack machines nearby. Staff: Consistently friendly, polite, organized, and helpful. Fast processing typical. Scale house staff: Known for being accommodating on weight distribution for heavy loads. Early arrivals: May be turned away or delayed if before appointment time.

Nice people (office is here), arrived here at 6am but was directed to another address (1 mile) there is no office and the door is locked. Don't remove the seal, just park near the door and wait for someone to come out (not sure when) I waited 20 minutes, it's not nice
Very nice and polite staff. 1.) Does not have overnight parking but there is Flying J just 1 km away so you can park there but that parking is paid around 15 usd per day. 2.) They have scale which shows each excel weight.
