OPERATIONS Live unload averages 5–8+ hours; expect significant delays even with on-time appointments Paperwork can take 2–4 additional hours after unloading completes—major source of frustration Early arrivals (day before) allowed after 4 PM; early morning calls start around 3:30–4 AM FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking available in staging area with restrooms and vending machines Staff inconsistent: some friendly and efficient, many slow and indifferent; guard shack can be dismissive Dock assignments sometimes chaotic; receiving staff occasionally rude or unhelpful Poorly marked parking lot; difficult backing at night Lumper fees reasonable when processed, but payment/paperwork delays are routine BOTTOM LINE Plan for 8–12 hours minimum door-to-door. Not suitable if you have back-to-back loads same day. Overnight parking is your best option. Receiving and paperwork are the real bottleneck—not the actual unload. Todo el Personal fue muy amable y atento se puede parquear en la noche hay máquinas expendedoras y baños en buenas condiciones. Mi carga se movió y me ayudaron a organizarla para evitar rechazos.
Absolute crap. 12pm appointment, got into a door at 2pm. Was off loaded by 5pm, to which paid the lumper. Held onto my paperwork for another 3 hours because they "had to receive the product first". You off loaded the trailer and i paid the lumper. which means you received the product.
I never normally write reviews However in this case I must bring this place to the front of the line they are pathetic
