I don’t know who gave this award to this terrible place 😂😂 but whole process is like a joke they want us to wait in a Circle K I checked in at 8 AM now leaving at 10:30 PM 14 hours waiting time this bullshit load screwed my whole week gross thanks for everything pilgrims for terrible service 🙏🙏

This place is a joke they don’t care about appointment time you dona check in them have to leave the place and find were to park until the desire to call you if you try to call to get information about you load good lock shipping office never answer the phone
I arrived early for my appointment and completed my check-in without any issues. However, there is no on-site truck parking available, which is a major drawback for drivers. I had to leave the facility and wait at a nearby truck stop about 2 miles away until they called me back, Customer service was professional and respectful, and communication was clear, which I appreciate. For reference, I waited at [ 1260 Candler Rd, Gainesville, GA 30507 ] which was the closest available option.
Man I sure thought by the reviews that I was in for a long surprise delivered a load here 3/28 for a 6 am appt got here at 6:40 am due to shopper taking 9 hours to load. Checked in and they said to go park at Walmart and wait for a call an that’s when I thought tragedy was striking. Got a mile away from Walmart they called me and said dock 3 went back bumped dock and literally unloaded within two hours so I guess I need to play the lottery cause by the reviews it wasn’t looking good
