Driver reviews
Don't bring a load here; it's a terrible warehouse—it takes 6 to 7 hours. Check 9 am check out 2 pm
Most worst and bad experience I have . they don’t care about drivers the lady who sit in paper submission building. She don’t talk respectful and very rude. I have appointment at 6:30 AM. I reach at 5:50 am and got check-in 30 minutes because it’s check-in 12 to 15 minutes per track and then I go to the building on door 104 and submit my paper and she sign me late because guard check take my 30 minutes and after that they take five hours to unload and the lady don’t write the time so I can’t claim my detention time to broker if you’re coming to this facility, make com one hour early
One of the worst warehouses in California. I had an 8 AM appointment, and it’s been over 5 hours with the light still green—what’s the point of having appointments if they’re not respected? No one answers the office, and if you need help, you have to walk all the way to the other end of the building just to check what’s going on. Completely unorganized. Be prepared with your food because there are no proper facilities. Also, there’s no real restroom—just a plastic portable toilet next to the docks. Very disappointing experience.
Miss Lauren or Laurel the security she’s a breath of fresh air have to protect this lady at all cost
