APPOINTMENTS STRICTLY ENFORCED — Don't arrive more than 30-60 minutes early or you'll be sent away. Show up 10-30 minutes before your appointment time. Mismatched appointment times between broker and shipper are a recurring issue — verify before arriving. LIVE LOAD — Expect 2.5-4+ hours average. Some reports of 7-hour loads. Don't open trailer doors while backing — facility opens from inside. DROP AND HOOK — Available and faster than live load.
