Facility info

Appointments required; mobile app (FreightSmith) check-in mandatory. Call guard shack if app fails. Early arrivals won't get doors until appointment time. Severe delays getting paperwork after unload. 2–7 hours common. Lumper fees can be $200–$700+; payment processing often glitchy, causing additional waits. Unload speed variable by product. Produce/meat slower (2–9 hours for partial loads). Some drivers report quick unloads (30 mins) followed by endless paperwork delays. Guard shack staff openly hostile to drivers. Threatening tone if you miss entrance or get lost. Will deny entry for minor schedule misses. Yard drivers verbally abusive. No clear facility layout or directional guidance. Drivers left to hunt for correct dock doors. Multiple entrances add confusion; staging area rules inconsistent. Overnight parking unavailable. Street parking nearby until ~4am. No restroom facilities mentioned (porta-potty in rain reported). Multiple check-in points per multi-PO loads. Forces separate lumper fees per PO, extending time on-site.

They open at 2:40 am. Don’t show up early they will return you and unloading was fast but they took time for BOL around 2 hours.

Arrived at 2:23 am for a 3am appointment, but I had to leave premises till gates to the lot open at 2:40. Yes there is a big parking lot but no we can't utilize it. Can't even hesitate to scan the area for alternate parking or trip planning, got yelled at and told to leave immediately!! It's unbelievable how we get treated after busting butt all weekend to get their product there,on time. Rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating enough as although severely unorganized.

Definitely do not recommend. Very anti-driver. You have to download an app before you even go in and it takes for ever to get unloaded etc.

Not as bad as the other reviews make it. Checked in at 0600, yes through the app. Was out of there at 0845. There is not a map and when they assign your door it does say you have 15 min. The building by the entrance is the meat building. Go around it to the left, pass their fuel pumps. The building on the left is general grocery. If you go to the right it is the backside of meat and then further down is produce and a newer looking building that is cheese. I had -10 frozen turkey and they sent me to the cheese building. Put the paperwork in the back of the trailer. When they called me to say I was done, paperwork was in the back. Have fun.

Drivers go pass the first entrance and turn right after the yellow sign, DO NOT GO ALL THE WAY TO THE LIGHT. if you do, you will have to loop around again. Don’t go to the guard shack to check in use the QR code along the fence on the staying area and check in from there.
