Facility info

LOAD TIMES: Consistently slow. Most reports 5-8 hours for loading. Some exceptions with fast turnarounds (30 min to 2 hours), but these are outliers. Pickup appointments often meaningless — loads frequently not ready at scheduled time. PAPERWORK: Major bottleneck. 1-3 hours common after loading complete. Errors at intake window causing load cancellations — verify pickup numbers are written correctly when you check in. PARKING: No overnight parking on-site. Gated facility. Dirt lot next door available for overnight. Lot is tight and congested during business hours — limited maneuvering room. DOCKS: Two separate buildings for freight and paperwork. Tight dock spaces, especially rear section. Facility provides yard dog to position trailers in tight spots — helpful but indicates limited room to work. Some docks too short for standard trailers. CHECK-IN: Arrive early and have pickup info ready. Window staff inconsistent — get confirmation in writing. Appointment times not reliably honored; expect delays regardless of scheduled time. OPERATIONS: Live load only. Lunch breaks noon-2:20 (or longer). May need to disconnect to clear traffic during breaks. No early unloading accommodations. STAFF: Mixed reviews. Many report friendly, attentive personnel. But shipping/coordination staff criticized as slow, disorganized, sometimes evasive about delays. Attitude varies by shift. FACILITY: Dirty conditions reported. Poor traffic flow and yard coordination. Construction on access routes — use alternate routes to facility. BOTTOM LINE: Plan for 8+ hour stops. Bring patience and entertainment. Not worth expedited appointments here.
