Check-in & Appointments Appointment required. Strict about timing—early arrivals may be turned away depending on season; generally allowed 30-60 min early but not guaranteed. Bathrooms available and clean. Vending machines (drinks/chips). Yard jockey and gate staff mostly professional and friendly; occasional attitude issues reported. Facility clean and spacious for maneuvering. Exit Use truck gate on way out. Scale available at exit to recheck weights. Other This is a production brewery—commercial only, no public tours. Fair warning on quality control issues reported by some drivers. Most reviews consistently praise speed and staff friendliness despite isolated complaints about individual personnel.
