  The dispatcher advised that early arrival was allowed before 5:00 PM on 03/26/26. I arrived at 3:30 PM, but the receiver refused early unloading and required me to wait until the 9:00 AM appointment on 03/27/26. Despite this, unloading did not begin at the scheduled time, and another truck with the same appointment time was unloaded first. This indicates poor organization and lack of fairness toward carriers. This is a multi-stop load with three deliveries scheduled on the same day (Butte, Missoula, and Kalispell), and this delay is now affecting the entire route and putting the remaining deliveries at risk. Additionally, since this is occurring on a Friday, the delay may result in further downtime over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

  2 hours and still not unloaded. Was told by office that the worker has not shown up to work. I have no idea how long I’ll be here. I think the office gal needs to get on the forklift.
