I had arrived in 6:00 o’clock my appointment is 7 o’clock but unloaded me around 11:30 they are work very slow 😡😡😡
The ladies at the Receiving window need to be supervise properly there’s not doing there’s job properly and wasting Drivers times especially the African American lady she’s doesn’t call you when your finish unloaded and whenever you get a green light and go to her In office she has an attitude she did this to me four times so I know it’s her pattern and then write on your BOL that she called and no pick up.
Good experience here, in and out quick, nice people in the guard shack and office, plenty of space inside the yard to maneuver. Just be careful with your route getting here, don’t go on Fremont Street make sure you’re coming from the other direction
Checked in at 5:30am for 6am(appointment)delivery, its 10 am and I am still hanging at the dock . The thing is they prioritize their company trucks first than the outsiders . They don't care about your time or your next pick up . Absolutely 0 star .
