Driver reviews
Staff members are indifferent at best. Security has no idea what shipping procedures are required & staff are more concerned with their phones than their jobs
Не дозволяють препаркуватися на заєзді щоб дочикатися коли компакія відкриється.
Arrived early for midnight appointment. Security guard sent me away telling me to go back at 11:00 pm. Upon arrival I found a line of trucks. Walked to checked in, and was called 2 hours after. Unloading 2 hours and another hour to receive document. I wouldn’t come again to this place.
3/18/26: Receiving opens at 11pm no early check in… Park check in at guard shack then wait for a call for a door. Once docked take paperwork to the blue door between dock 16 and 17. Once unloaded someone will come out and ask you to park across from the docks between the dropped trailers while you wait for another call to go get your bills. Apt 12am got checked in at 11:15pm docked 12:36am bills in hand 3:05am. FTL prepaid lumper.
