Not a place for LTL drivers, once you're here, you'll be late for all your next stops. Some people here will make you wait for hours on purpose. Even if you want to do unloading/breakdown, they won't let you in until they feel like it. Even though whole floor would be empty inside, they won't touch your freight. Avoid at all if possible.

Yes overnight parking at the end by the black fence. Had a 530 appointment, the guy came out at 5am, gave me a door and was unloaded in 1hr. He let me stay on the lot until my clock reset.

Horrible location with people who don't give a damn. Dock takes hours to get into and out of. Zero sense of urgency at this place. Avoid at all costs.
