Plan for 12+ hours minimum. Facility allows disconnect/bobtail for brief breaks but stops unloading if you're gone more than 2 hours. Some drivers report facility won't allow overnight parking before appointment, though parking is available after delivery. Bathrooms, vending machines, and small driver lounge available. Receiving procedure Manual unload with pallet counting/restocking. If you're late by even a few minutes, facility may claim you missed your window and add significant delay. They state they can hold you up to 25 hours. Rate/detention Brokers typically only pay 3 hours detention max. Long waits are unpaid. Avoid this load unless rate accounts for full time loss. Bottom line Highly variable results. Treat this as a 24-hour commitment regardless of appointment. Not worth taking unless load rate covers full day of labor.

This is the worst place I’ve ever seen. My appointment was at 12 PM, and they didn’t unload my truck until 6 PM. They are very lazy.
Why do you disrespect drivers and keep them SO LONG. Don't come early, they do not respect appointment times. Arrived 07:30, docked and red light 07:55. DID NOT START TO UNLOAD TILL 11:00, REALLY!!! Finally got a green light at 13:00, out the gate at 13:12. My appointment time was 09:30. They give you this sheet of paper with instructions and a TIME GUESSTIMATION. Mine was 09:30-13:30. Still took them 3 1/2 hrs. 95% of reviews are correct. Have a good day here. Take a nap, eat, party, read, write, scream, yell, whatever!!!! BAD COMPANY. Disrespect my time, miles, and MY MONEY. LOST A LOAD BECAUSE OF YOU. WANT TO PAY ME FOR SITTING IN YOUR DOCKS FOR HOURS GOING NOWHERE!!!!!!!!!! Back again 6-4-26. Place is worse. This time here FOUR, COUNT THEM, FOUR HOURS!!!!! What is your problem? I have been to so many other companies, big and small, and FULL TRAILER TOP TO BOTTOM FRONT TO BACK AND DONE IN 30 MINUTES UNLOAD OR LOAD. I actually went to a store with FULL beer load. They had me unloaded AND ACTUALLY SWEPT OUT TJE BACK AND ROLLED MY STRAPS UP SITTING AT END OF TRAILER, ALL IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES!! NO KIDDING. Then there are BIG companies like YOU who WASTE a drivers time and miles. Next time you need to pay ME TO SIT LIKE THIS! 2 HOURS MAX. SO let's see, wasted 2 hours, that's 120 miles. Receiving area locked on night time, and there is 11-12 hours unloading time, normally broker never told dispatcher, make sure before accepting load ready for 12 hours window and have food with you.
Avoid This Place At All Costs! ❌ I’ve been stuck at this facility for over 24 hours and they still haven’t finished unloading my trailer. Almost a third of the load is still inside the truck. Extremely slow, terrible communication, and complete disrespect for drivers’ time. This is one of the worst distribution centers I’ve ever been to. If you value your time — do not take any loads here. Total waste of time. Stay away. ★☆☆☆☆
