Live load and drop-and-hook available. Security check-in at gate required; professional and generally friendly. Unload times highly variable: 1-2 hrs (best case) to 4-6 hrs (common complaints). Multiple trucks sometimes assigned single door, causing major delays. Overnight parking available on shoulders/side roads near facility; truck stops 4 miles away. Bathrooms clean and available; driver lounge on second floor of receiving office. Staff attitude wildly inconsistent. Gate/security staff predominantly professional and cordial. Office/receiving staff range from excellent and helpful to dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Graveyard shift particularly problematic for attitude issues. Occasional gate bottlenecks with understaffing. Yard condition good; adequate space between docks, room to maneuver.
