I arrived for unloading a full day early. There were no trucks around, the facility was empty, and they could have easily unloaded me. They checked my appointment time and saw it was scheduled for 9:30 AM the next day, then told me to wait. The next morning, I came at 6 AM — the yard was still empty, no trucks, nothing going on — and it was obvious they could have unloaded earlier. However, the woman in the shipping and receiving office insisted I wait until my exact appointment time. She was unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed to take pleasure in being unnecessarily difficult. Overall, very poor customer service. I do not recommend this place at all. One star.
