Facility info

OPERATIONS Appointment-only facility. Strict about appointment times — early arrivals will wait until slot opens. Check-in required at office before loading begins. Bring driver's license. Single-dock or very limited door availability creates bottlenecks. Loading time typically 30-60 minutes once door is assigned, but wait time between check-in and door call varies widely (30 minutes to several hours). Gate opens 7-8 AM, locks at 9 PM. No overnight parking on premises. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Parking lot exists but is tight and awkward for big rigs. Grass overgrown in some areas. Backing into certain dock doors (particularly 29-32) is difficult — tight spots, minimal clearance. Office staff reported as friendly and professional by most recent reviews. Facility is clean and organized per some reports, but congestion and bottlenecks common. Staff performance inconsistent — some shifts run faster than others. No bathrooms or amenities mentioned in reviews. REALITY CHECK Highly variable experience. Some drivers report 45 minutes total, others report 7+ hour waits. Management and coordination issues cited repeatedly. Docks often appear open but trucks restricted to one door at a time. Not ideal for early arrival — you'll wait and waste time. Tight facility design with limited capacity. Expect delays during busy periods. Expect to be parked on street or yard if arriving ahead of appointment.
