I would rate them -☆! We hired them to replace vinyl in our kitchen. They layed it over the existing as it wasn't very old. The crew came unprepared to move the 5 appliances listed on the work order. They gouged the woodwork moving them. Installers used too much glue and the vinyl was full of bubbles. Glue was everywhere on top. It took 2 weeks for the project manager to come look it over. He acted like it was no big deal and wanted to put down another overlay, then more vinyl. We said no to that. Another 2 weeks, and the second job is worse than the first....miscuts, more bubbles, glue everywhere on vinyl and woodwork, scratches on woodwork, broken trim. Believe me, I'm telling everyone about their terrible customer service and very poor workmanship.
I’ve used Big Bobs for multiple floor projects over the years, and I’ve always been 100% satisfied. Our latest project was replacing the carpet and padding in our LR, Hall, MBR and the old hardwood in our Kitchen and DR with Laminate flooring. Ronal was our installation crew. They just finished the job and it looks amazing. Ronal and his helper did an excellent job. They went above and beyond my expectations! I would recommend Big Bobs for anyone that’s has flooring needs. I’ll definitely be back for my next flooring project!
I was very pleased with my experience. I came in looking for a couple of runners and they helped me decide what flooring I needed and cut it for me right then. Very nice experience. The manager was extremely helpful.
I'm very satisfied with the installation of the reasonably priced LVT I bought from Big Bob's for my kitchen. The installers were professional and efficient. The whole process from sales to scheduling of installation went smoothly.
