Tried to order a pair of XL Nike pants for my son. The first time I received a medium. Took them back to my local JCP and they reordered for me. The second time I get a size medium. Both times it came from the very incompetent associate #004125. Do better, you don’t even deserve to have a job! I’m done, not ordering from here anymore!

The online order I received receipt showed my order came from this distribution center. Ordered 2 pair of khaki pants. One pair was soaking wet in the plastic wrap along with the receipt. First time and last time I order online thru JC Penney. If I can’t buy it in the store I will go elsewhere. Very disappointed
