Driver reviews
If you don’t order a case, they will not reimburse you if the product is not what you intended. if you wish to return a product even with an unopened box they will charge you a 20 percent additional restocking fee. if you do buy a case beware. It’s really not good policy not to accept returns on unopened boxes or orders under a case.

And when I wanted to return the box that was in fact a case they put an old address on the return order.

That address was from two years prior and insisted that the return packing include an old address that I no longer inhabit and not connected to my business account.

When I insisted that my return label include the address and account I ordered from they said it couldn’t be done, which made absolutely no sense bc the order came from a new address
.
