Facility info

Wait times: Highly inconsistent. Reports range from under 1 hour to 19 hours. Most common complaints center on 4–8 hour waits despite appointments. First-come-first-serve treatment reported despite having appointment system. Some drivers loaded quickly (1–2 hours), others sat extended periods with little explanation. Appointment scheduling: Appointments exist but don't appear to guarantee timely service. Multiple reports of arriving early and still waiting hours. No shipping/receiving 5 p.m.–10 p.m. window noted. Live load/drop: Mix of live loading and drop-and-hook available. Drop load option confirmed by some drivers. Check-in procedures: Long waits at office window reported. Staff can be unresponsive—phones reportedly hung up on, no one at desk for hours. When contacted about delays, office staff reported as dismissive and rude. Dock setup: Blind side backing required. Tight maneuvering space, especially at shipping/receiving docks. Limited staging area—trucks queue on street/road when lot full. Police reportedly move trucks from roadside due to space constraints. Facility conditions: Tight entrance and exit. Minimal room around dock area. Very tight parking lot. Narrow passages. One report of trailer washout requirement for pickups. Construction access issues on County Rd N (use Camp Phillips/Northwestern Ave detour). Overnight parking: No overnight parking at facility. Nearby parking found on Northwestern Ave reported by one driver. Staff attitude: Mixed reviews. Some drivers report friendly, professional, courteous staff and quick service. Others report rude personnel with poor attitudes toward drivers. Receiving side reportedly has had particularly nice staff in some instances. Facility quality: Clean. Professional automated section. Generally well-maintained.

They seem to have a problem with scheduling too many trucks. I was here forever because "someone screwed up" the scheduling according to the person I checked in with. I see those same comments in other reviews. Not worth it. Staging, if you can call it that, is to your left when you pull in. If you can find a spot, great, if not, who knows? You will walk around the other side of the building to check in. They will call with the door when ready. This is assuming the product is ready. Mine was not. The blindside backing is not nearly as dramatic as others make it out to be. Just use common sense when you set up.

Here to make a delivery- open appointment Arrived at 9:30 - check in is through a clip board placed in a mailbox next to shipping/receiving office - rung the bell and someone will answer and give further instructions I parked in their yard as I waited for a dock- Waited for about an hour and a gentleman man confirmed the seal and informed me to dock once a truck on the right left- there are two docks Unloading started as soon as I docked - 11:45- done by 12:15 Once light is green , leave - paperwork is I. The back of the trailer. Overall not a bad experience.
