Some report standard fees, others charged $244+ for partial loads. Overnight parking available in large dirt lot. Train yard noise constant—night and day. Quiet Trek lot near dry warehouse if sensitive to noise. No driver facilities on-site (no restrooms, limited food). Kwick-Trip 8 miles away has showers. Vending machine on property. Staff attitude mixed—some report friendly, professional check-in; others describe unprofessional, disorganized, or negligent service. Truck route required: Michigan St to Dixon to Minnesota St. GPS will try to send you illegal routes—ignore it. Check-in process quick when staffed. Some early arrivals accommodated, others forced to wait for appointment window. Watch for mis-sorted loads sent to wrong building (reefer label doesn't always mean reefer warehouse). Seal verification can add hours.
