Appointment scheduling not reliably honored — major complaint across reviews. Delays of 2-10+ hours common even with confirmed appointments. Check-in procedure: line up in middle of street before entrance, present hard copy CDL at guard shack (no phone photos), security check, then proceed to shipping/receiving. Follow directional signs carefully. Drop/hook available but no on-site parking. Must park on street or cul-de-sac 500' from entrance. Pilot truck stop 7 miles away. Large facility with ample maneuvering room. Unloading hours 6am-10pm, FCFS after check-in. Unload times highly variable: 20 minutes to 8+ hours reported. Some fast turnarounds (under 1 hour), but chronic slowdowns documented. Must unseal trailer yourself after receiving door assignment — bring bolt cutters if applicable. Seal number matching can cause delays if discrepancies exist between BOL and computer. Rescheduled appointments must be printed in BOL, not just confirmed by phone or broker. Staff attitude inconsistent: friendly security and some dock workers praised, but office/guard gate staff frequently cited as rude or unhelpful. Management criticized for slow decision-making and inflexibility. Restroom available. Clean facility overall. Large shipping operation (Starbucks, Geodis, Atlantic Packaging orders). Can check in 2 hours before appointment time. Issues with CBP seal inspections causing documentation disputes and multi-hour delays.

Power tripping guards are rude and unprofessional
Appointment only, you may be able to arrive 30 before appointment that it, do not pay attention to broker saying you will get empty before appointment it bs, and if you park on the street there is ticket and no overnight parking at company or on the street....
Here is my honest review, this place is BS, yes, the people are friendly and it might seem like it is FCFS but if your delivery is for the 2nd shift they will put you in the dock and make you wait for the 2nd shift to unload you, they are not to busy to get me empty but I still have to wait, it's been 3 hours now and probably another 3 hours before I'm done,I hope I never come back here.
