OPERATIONS Check-in starts 8pm. Don't arrive before—you'll be turned away. Three lanes for check-in; grab pre-filled worksheet from outside guard shack door before entering. Guard shack processes only 2 drivers at a time. Plan 20-40 minute wait at security depending on truck volume. Appointment time is recorded when you reach receiving office, not guard shack. Arrive 1-1.5 hours before your appointment slot to clear security. Live unload with lumper fees required. Pay lumpers at gate or receiving office. Unload times: typically 1 hour for standard loads, but highly variable (reports range 15 minutes to 7+ hours). Produces and multi-pallet loads slower. Paperwork processing mixed—sometimes ready immediately after unload, sometimes 2+ hour wait. Can early-check and unload before appointment without issue (multiple reports of 24-30 hour early unloads accepted). After unload, may need to call or walk back to office to get paperwork and settle. FACILITY EXPERIENCE No overnight parking on property. Street parking available. Loves truck stop 1 mile away. Bathrooms located far from guard shack—quarter to half-mile walk. One restroom outside gate. Guard shack and receiving office staff: mostly professional and friendly, though inconsistent. Some reports of rude or dismissive behavior from security staff; receiving office staff generally described as cheerful and helpful. Dock crew described as competent and friendly. Yard poorly lit at night. Wear safety vest. Gate congestion during peak hours (3 lanes can back up significantly onto public road). Yard condition acceptable; some reports of messy trailers post-unload.
