  Absolutely terrible experience. The guard shack staff had a horrible attitude and were extremely disrespectful. Instead of communicating professionally, they treated drivers with arrogance and a complete lack of respect. The whole operation was disorganized, and the poor communication only made things worse. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, avoid this place if you can.
