If go anybody for live load please don’t pickup because they guys take 12 hrs minimum after that’s don’t know how much take don’t have any restroom or parking at this facility you call anytime in office they don’t know anything after loading make BOL take 1 hr minimum office ladies also very lazyyy I do request manager or owner of the facility please change staff or focus on the worker because very lazy people , They don’t know truck driver time very important & too many problems faces on the road so please respect the truck driver time or focus at your facility…🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
One of the worst places to pickup.<br>Checked in 7 AM, got a door 5:30PM.<br>Got loaded 6:50.<br>It's been 40 minutes I'm sitting with closed doors waiting for the paperwork.<br>Went to the office to check how long it is going to take, an old man said he'll bring it to me when he finishes his lunch.<br>They don't care they've kept the drivers hungry and frustrated for 12 hours in their yard smelling with rotten chicken, they have to finish their lunch just to let us go.<br>Avoid this place if you can, you're going to het stuck here for a while ane you can't do anything to help the situation.
Drop and hook went smooth as butter for me.<br>Have that 5009 number ready when you go to shipping<br>It’s around the big white building towards the back.<br>A little bit tight but manageable.<br>Make sure you have a clean trailer and full of fuel.<br>The guard shack will check on that…<br>No overnight parking but there’s a Phillip 66 right around the corner with a dirt lot.
