The loading time is extremely long and significantly affects usability. It takes far too long to load, making the experience frustrating. I hope this issue is addressed soon!!!!!
Looks like there's overnight parking on property. When you pull onto property you will see big sign that says driver check in.Head towards that door. Check in at office. Give them your paperwork. They will verify your seal and give you bolt cutters to cut the seal. Then they will give you a door. Open doors slide tandems. Wait for green light and your paperwork will be in the back of the trailer. And restrooms are in check-in office. Typical unload time.
This company doesn’t deserve a single star—if I could give it zero, I would. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have been waiting for 6 hours, and I’m not the only one; everyone else here is stuck, too. No one is doing anything to help or resolve the situation. This is completely unacceptable.

Driver arrived at day before his appointment time, and mentioned to then that He has an appointment for next day, but they checked his BOL, and give him a door, unloaded en less than 30 minutes, since He will be picking up there too, He asked if they may have the load, they looked but, it wasn't ready, but told my driver that He can wait there, but the next morning, there is another shift, and told them He has to comes back at his appointment time, being said that, is not the place, or policies, it depends on who is working, and for sure the night shift in these case are really nice, and I believe they like their job.
