This appears load and staffing dependent, not driver-controllable Detention pay disputes reported BOTTOM LINE Professional operation with friendly staff, but plan for substantial unload delays. They only had one person at the guard shack, and they focused only on moving the abundant overflow of Walmart trucks out rather than checking in the three of us that were waiting to check in. SMH! You know they are very strict with their check in stamps because it does not happen at the gate, it happens at the dock. As noted, you can get here 1 hour early and still be late for your appointment if you are not careful, and they can waste unlimited amount of your time but penalize you if they make you late. :( That's another rant for another day. Just a heads up! I guess even the best of them have bad days. Just don't let them make yours bad too. Plan Ahead...Extra Ahead! and Keep Trucking!
