Facility info
Appointment & Check-In Strict appointment windows — max 1 hour early or you'll be turned away. Some drivers report being sent off property if arriving too early. 30-minute grace period after appointment time; missing it means rescheduling (can wait a week or more for next slot). Check-in process itself is fast and easy. Operations Live unload only. Lumper fees required — typically $600–$1,100+. Receiving hours midnight to 6 AM. Door assignment can be quick or take 1–3+ hours depending on volume. Unloading times highly variable: 30 minutes to 12 hours reported, with 3–7 hours common. Paperwork processing is the real bottleneck — often 2–4 hours after unload completes. Many drivers report 6–10 hour total facility times. Facility & Parking No overnight parking on-site. Nearby options: 83 Diner (18/12 hrs, must buy meal; receipt required on window) or Sheetz on Susquehanna Trail. Some on-road staging available but limited and police enforce "no parking" posted areas. Yard space adequate for backing; facility is large and newer. Staff & Experience Mixed reviews. Some staff friendly and professional; others reported rude, dismissive, or aggressive. Guard shack enforcement of early-arrival policy varies by personnel — some strict, some lenient. Safety concerns noted (reckless facility driving). Bathrooms available but clean conditions inconsistent. Access & Route Multiple truck route restrictions in area. Do not use GPS — follow truck-specific routes. Weight restrictions on roads (29-ton bridge if coming from 297, no trucks over 20 tons on some roads, no trailers over 30 feet). Rural location 4 miles from I-83; confusing road layout; tight corners possible. Bottom Line Expect long total times. Plan 6–10 hours minimum. Arrive exactly on appointment time or within 30 minutes early max. Budget for high lumper fees. Staff quality inconsistent. Not driver-friendly for overnight stays.
Driver reviews
Worst place ever. There is absolutely no place for overnight parking, and everything is far away, including truck stops and parking areas. The streets are difficult to navigate, and most of them have “No Trucks” signs, making it very difficult to get to this company.

You are welcomed here one hour before your appointment, so don’t expect to arrive much earlier.

Also, make sure you have a padlock or seal with you when you come here. Otherwise, they will refuse your load.

Overall, a very difficult and inconvenient place for truck drivers. Would not recommend.

Reviews ain't lying
Garbage operations
The "security guard" acted like insulted her entire blood line for asking a question and the other lady I checked in with was no better. They loaded me no problem but the staff there need to pull the stick out of their butts and stop taking their problems out on drivers they never met.
