Staff quality wildly inconsistent — ranges from "polite/willing to help" to "rude" and blame-shifting. Check-in straightforward (walk BOLs to front door, confirm dock assignment) but don't arrive early — rigidly enforced appointment windows. Overnight parking widely available. No functional restroom access (porta potty mentioned once but mostly absent). Staff can be genuinely pleasant and efficient when engaged, but unloading pace is the chronic killer. Facility layout accommodates large vehicles easily. Restroom absence is a recurring complaint that degrades driver experience on otherwise manageable stops.

There is a little john on the right when you get in. You need to check in at the main office. Office M, does not have the letter M.
Very slow to unload the
Super slow! 4 hours and counting. $774. Lumper. Sure I have 28 pallets but been to plenty of places that don’t take this long. Staff not pleasant. One star for overnight parking. Porta potty available. Don’t try to check in early. I stayed over for a 0900 appointment. Tried to check in at 0730 was told to come back at 0900. Never again!
They move with the speed of snails and also charge lumpers fee. Don’t come here! Awful
